iOS users: browser and web app access

iOS users do not need to download a separate app from the App Store. Instead, visit btr.best directly through your Safari browser and add btr to your home screen as a web app. This gives you an app-like experience — full-screen gaming, quick access from your home screen, and the same functionality as the Android APK.

To add btr as a web app on iOS, open Safari, visit our site, tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." Device compatibility and requirements

Troubleshooting common installation issues

The most common installation issue on Android is forgetting to enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings. Without this permission, your phone blocks the APK install. If you see an "Installation failed" message, go back to Settings → Security and toggle Unknown Sources on, then try the install again. If you encounter a certificate warning during installation, this is normal — our app uses industry-standard digital signatures. Proceed with the installation; you are not at risk.

If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache. Go to Settings → Apps → btr → Storage → Clear Cache. If problems persist, reinstall the app by uninstalling it fully and downloading the APK again. Data, permissions, and account security

Our app asks for basic permissions — internet access (required to connect to btr servers), notification permission (to send you live updates and withdrawal confirmations), and camera access (for identity verification during KYC). We do not access your contacts, photos, or file system. Your personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers. We do not collect location data or sell your information to third parties.

Once you log into the btr app, your session is protected by your password and, optionally, a two-factor authentication code sent to your registered email.
